If your project is contentious, it is advisable to seek pre-application advice from the planners, which helps speed up the statutory decision-making process and increase the chances of success. 

During the planning stage we will produce a full set of existing and proposed drawings, planning reports and manage the process with the planning authorities.

Once we have secured your planning permission, we progress to the Technical Design stage where we will prepare a full set of tender and construction drawings, with specifications detailing all materials, finishes, fixtures and fittings. 

This will help you get the best value for your project by agreeing cost and budget from an early stage with a range of builders of your choice. 

We will also prepare all the necessary information and drawings for your Building Regulations application and liaise with Building Control.

During the construction, we will carry out periodic site visits and continuously monitor and evaluate your construction to make sure that the building works meet your needs and aspirations, as well as compliance with the current UK Building Regulations.
